While there hasn’t been as much written on the subject in Canada when compared to the complex situation in the United States, there’s no law prohibiting Canadians from playing at casino sites, apparently making them entirely legal to play at. Certainly, for a long time, Canada didn’t allow online gambling companies to be owned and operated by Canadians (though some were licensed by Indian tribes), but simply playing on these sites has always been a different story.
